These terms apply to your use of riverstoneco.com.au (the Website) and to any enquiry you submit through it. The Website promotes Riverstone & Co., an industrial development at 35–37 Melbourne Road, Riverstone NSW 2765, and is operated by Saclan No.1 Pty Ltd as trustee for the Riverstone Trust, part of Saclan Developments (we, us, our). By using the Website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.

1. Information only – no offer

1.1 The Website is for general information and marketing purposes only. Nothing on it is an offer to sell or lease, an invitation to treat, or a contract.

1.2 Any sale or lease is subject to a formal written contract or lease signed by all parties. Only the terms of that document will bind us.

1.3 Prices, availability, unit sizes, specifications, inclusions and delivery timing (including the anticipated May 2027 delivery) are indicative, may change without notice, and are subject to final design, authority approvals and construction.

2. Artist impressions and specifications

2.1 Images on the Website are artist impressions and are indicative only. Finishes, landscaping, furniture, vehicles, signage and surrounding buildings may differ from what is shown, and some items shown are not included.

2.2 Areas are approximate. Warehouse clearance heights marked with an asterisk (*) are minimums subject to final design. Purchasers and tenants should rely only on the plans, specifications and schedules attached to their contract or lease.

2.3 Location, transport, infrastructure and growth information is drawn from public sources believed to be reliable at the time of publishing. We do not guarantee its accuracy or that any planned infrastructure will proceed.

3. No advice

3.1 Nothing on the Website is financial, investment, tax, legal or property advice. It does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs.

3.2 You should make your own enquiries and obtain independent legal, financial and tax advice before buying or leasing, including about stamp duty, GST, land tax and, if relevant, superannuation (SMSF) rules.

4. Enquiries and personal information

4.1 When you register your interest, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), whether you are an owner occupier, investor, tenant or other, whether you are interested in buying or leasing, and how you heard about us.

4.2 We collect this information to respond to your enquiry, send you information about Riverstone & Co. (such as floor plans, pricing, lease terms and release updates), manage sales and leasing, and understand which marketing channels work.

4.3 If you do not provide the required details, we may not be able to respond to your enquiry.

4.4 We may share your information with our related entities, sales and leasing agents, lawyers and other advisers, and service providers who help us run the Website and our communications. We do not sell your personal information.

4.5 The Website is hosted by Squarespace, and enquiry form submissions are stored on its systems, which may be located outside Australia, including in the United States.

4.6 You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing info@saclan.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

5. Marketing communications

5.1 If you tick "Sign up for news and updates" or register your interest, you consent to us sending you emails and messages about Riverstone & Co.

5.2 Every marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe. You can also opt out at any time by emailing info@saclan.com.au.

6. Use of the Website

6.1 You must not use the Website for any unlawful purpose, submit false or misleading information, or interfere with its operation or security.

6.2 All content on the Website, including text, images, renders, logos and the Riverstone & Co. name, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our written permission, other than for your personal, non-commercial consideration of the development.

7. Liability

7.1 To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Website, or from any interruption, error or unavailability of the Website.

7.2 Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

7.3 The Website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time by publishing a new version on the Website. The version on the Website when you use it or submit an enquiry applies.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
